Returns

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items
